As You I said in class, the sonnet of Petrarch makes me so much reminded of the beautiful verses of Montale (Nobel Prize literature in 1975): a poem full of love, tenderness, nostalgia, dedicated to his wife, became blind with old age and died before the poet ... I give it with great emotion, being one of the texts to me most dear:


Eugenio Montale - "I fell, giving the arm

I fell, giving the arm, at least one million stairs
And now that you're not there is a vacuum at each step. Even so it was short
